Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Optional: Italian seasoning or dried herbs
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Mix mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
- Place chicken in the dish and spread the mixture evenly over each breast.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and top is lightly golden.
- Rest 5 minutes, then serve.
